Due to the nature of our products (preserved eternal flowers), we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.

Delivery Fees:
• 0–10 miles: $5–$10
• 10–20 miles: $15
• 20+ miles: Quote required
